What to expect if your submission is successful

Registration will open and submitters will be notified of outcomes week commencing 1 December 2025.

If you are selected for a 10-minute talk or flashtalk, you will be asked to present these in the breakout sessions scheduled for Wednesday 25 March 2026. We will provide you with useful instructions to help you prepare your talk including PowerPoint templates you can use, timings, location and when and how to submit your presentation slides.

If you are selected to present a poster, you will be asked to submit a scientific poster in PDF format by 10 March 2026 and it will be made available to delegates in advance of the conference via a password protected portal on this website. We will provide you with useful instructions to help you prepare your poster including templates you can use and size/print information. You will be required to print the poster and bring it with you to the event. Posters will be displayed for the duration of the event and you will be asked to be present with your poster during the designated poster sessions
